Washoe Lake North Lake Boat Ramp is the ideal spot for kitesurfing in the Reno-Tahoe area. It has a side-on-shore wind and space for setting up kites as well as area to launch and land. Good for all lessons from flying a trainer kite to expert water lessons. If there is wind blowing there will be experienced kiteboarders to watch and learn from.
